Resolution Capital wins again at the 2015 Zenith/Professional Planner Awards.
Resolution Capital is pleased to announce that its Global Property Securities Fund has won the Global REIT Category, for the second year running, in the 2015 Zenith/Professional Planner Awards.
Resolution Capital’s award-winning investment team has a successful long-term track record in managing portfolios of listed property securities dating back to 1995. The Resolution Capital Global Property Securities Fund, which is available to retail investors and financial advisers, has delivered absolute returns of 13.0% p.a. and outperformed its benchmark* by 5.4% p.a.^ since its inception seven years ago.
The Fund has a concentrated strategy and out of a universe of approximately 300 stocks, it typically holds between 40 to 50 stocks, focused on the world’s best real estate platforms and sustainable capital structures.
