Morningstar labels Resolution Capital “simply the best”
Resolution Capital has retained its Gold rating with Morningstar for the Resolution Capital Global Property Securities Fund.
Titled “Simply the best” (published 20 August 2020), the Morningstar report, praised the Resolution Capital investment team.
“With its experienced team and a diligent process, Resolution Capital Global Real Estate Securities remains the premier offering within the global listed property space,” said Morningstar.
“Overall, Resolution Capital Global Real Estate Securities remains one of our favourites in the global listed real estate space.”
The Resolution Capital Global Property Securities Fund provides exposure to some of the world’s highest quality real estate assets through a professionally managed portfolio of global real estate investment trusts and property companies.
