Resolution Capital takes out the 2022 Zenith Fund Award

Resolution Capital has been crowned Australia’s best Global Real Estate Investment Trust manager at the 2022 Zenith Fund Awards.

It is the eighth occasion over the past nine years in which Resolution Capital has won the annual award. The Resolution Capital Real Asset Fund was also a finalist in the Australian Real Estate Investment Trust category.

The Zenith Fund Awards recognise and encouraging excellence in funds management across all asset classes and disciplines. The awards are judged on long-term factors derived from Zenith’s extensive research and due diligence including, organisational and investment team strength, investment philosophy, security valuation and selection, portfolio construction, risk management, and fees.

The 2022 Zenith Fund Awards were presented on Friday, October 14.
