Resolution Capital Global Real Assets Fund Receives ‘Recommended’ Rating

Following the recent launch of the Resolution Capital Global Real Assets Fund (the Fund) we’re pleased to share the Fund has received a “Recommended” rating from Zenith Investment Partners.

The Fund provides investors with diversified exposure by combining global listed infrastructure and global property securities within a single portfolio. Zenith’s assessment highlights Resolution Capital’s robust, fundamentally driven investment process, which combines detailed bottom-up analysis with consideration of broader macroeconomic and economic themes. The investment team focuses on identifying high-quality assets, sustainable cash flows, appropriate capital structures and aligned management teams, complemented by a disciplined assessment of valuation, momentum, rate of change and risk.

The rating also reflects Zenith’s conviction for Resolution Capital’s experienced investment team, with dedicated expertise across global listed infrastructure and global real estate. The Fund is managed by an experienced investment committee led by Chief Investment Officer Andrew Parsons, with complementary skill sets across the team and a strong emphasis on collaborative decision-making and accountability.
